There is no relation between misoprostol and swelling in the vagina. Need more details to comment about the swelling but usually it is not serious.
Probable causes can be trauma, folliculitis, bartholin cyst etc. Don not worry, all these are not something very serious.

Follow the instructions written on pack let's repeat
there are 5 tablets 1 is different and 4 are similar take diffently shaped tablet on day one
next day take either of identical tablets twice a day with a gap of 12 hours repeat on day 3 also
bleeding may start on day one complete the course to prevent chances of incomplete abortion.

If it is oral misoprostol yes.

I took mifegest kit - first the mifepristone then after 12 hours I took 2 tab of misoprostol, put under tongue and hold for 30 minutes but it ddnt dissolve, I swallowed with water after. After 12 hours I will take again remaining 2 tab of misoprostol. Is this process effective?

The schedule of the medicine is mife followed by miso after 48 hrs. So can't say. But it should act.

Sir, I had mifepristone 200 mg and after 25 hours I took 4 pills of misoprostol of 200 mcg each. But 10 hours passed and still no bleeding. Should I consume more pills of misoprostol or wait .please guide sir.

You need to wait for 24 hr and if the pregnancy will be more then 6-7 week's then medicines will not be effective.
