It’s not safe to self treat. At times we see pts having severe bleeding after taking such pills so it is advisable to go to a gynaecologist and take treatment under her/ his guidance.

Hi, Absence of cramps could be attributed to meftal spas that you have taken. Bleeding generally starts 2 to 6 hours after the pill. But you may wait longer. I'm assuming that you have confirmed intra uterine pregnancy on ultrasound before taking this pill.

This is a very risky way of taking abortion pills. They have a high hormonal content which can have effect on your menstrual periods. Please do not take it so casually. What was your date of menstruation and some more details will be needed for an apt response. If you like you can contact me for the same.

Self medication of medical abortion pills can be very risky. Secondly prior to medical abortion ultrasound should be done to confirm the duration and location of pregnancy and patients blood group and hb levels should be known.
You should consult a gynaecologist in person and she will do the needful.

Dear user. ABORTIONS can be performed as early as an intra-uterine pregnancy can be identified by ultrasound, which is usually about 3-4 weeks after your Last Menstrual Period (LMP). In the first trimester, two options are available: Aspiration is done by a physician in the clinic or the Abortion Pill which you take at home. Do not take any decisions before consulting your gynecologist. Take care.
