contrary to popular belief Diabetes is not always progressive disease. It may be reversed or progress can be stopped.
it might have been difficult for you but it is very important to lose weight for you. many of the diabetic medicines unfortunately increases weight. But if you reduce weight by 30 kg, your diabetes will improve and you will need very less medicine. All the problems associated will also go down.

You should reduce your weight by 5 kg ,wt reduction corrects hormonal imbalance thus improving pcos. Take a balanced healthy diet, eat lots of green leafy vegetables, avoid junk and fried food, Take carbohydrate and fat restricted diet
