Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily.
Avoid bending in front.
Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall.
Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Pls get your neuropathic assessment different medicines can be used to treat neuropathy based on clinical assessment.
The medicine you mentioned here is a combination of gabapentin 300 with methylcobalamine. It is also used in dspn.
If possible do share your previous reports n records so that I can able to tell you the correct treatment.
Avoid walking barefoot n take care of your feet.

Rbc- red blood cells, normocytic- normal size of rbc
normochromic- normal colour of rbc, these are terminologies used to describe the size and colour of your red blood cells
when there are less amount of rbcs or hemohlobin it is called anaemia. Anaemia can be further of many types e.g - normocytic normochromic (normal size and colour), microcytic hypochromic (reduced size and colour), macrocytic hyperchromic (increased size and colour) etc.

The symptoms of peripheral neuropathy like burning pain or irritation, those can be effectively controlled by using certain medications like gabapentine, pragabalin & methylcobalamineetc. But it is difficult to "cure" those. The reason is those are part of the long term complications of diabetes mellitus. Neuropathy tends to be more severe and repetitive if blood glucose is not in proper control.
