Hi lybrate-user, Chronic urticaria is a allergic problem and increased by many allergic factors in our surrounding area. So don't panic and take tablet only when required. Unnecessary self medication is always harmful. Take more vitamin C it would help you. Apply a medicated moisturizing lotion name- Secalia lotion. All the best.

It seems your allergy is severe. Your Dr. can prescribe other stronger antihistmines like allegra and sme other group of medications like montelukast etc. If these do not help you should see an allergist who can do tests to find out what you are allergic and treat you more rationally. If you get any swelling of tongue ,throat or difficulty breathing you should seek medicine help immediately or go hospital.
