The main reason is the oil in the scalp gets lodged in the hair follicles giving enough space for bacteria to form and they eventually becomes pimples. So the best you can do is start using acrolane shampoo or any antimicrobial shampoo available to you. Try not to rub the area.

The kz soap instead of locally available soaps like lux, pears are good and kz 2% soap is an anti-fungal which is used to treat a variety of infections caused by fungi. It is recommended when no other safer alternatives are available due to the risk of the liver injury. Do not take this medicine if you have a known allergy to it.

Treatment for Fungal Infection:-Stop all other applications. Cap. Itraconazole (Itrasys/ Canditral) 100 mg twice daily for 2 weeks. Sertacide Cream for application once daily for 1 month. Sebifin cream once daily for 1 month Tab. Fexova 180 mg (if required in case of itching) The treatment has to be complete otherwise the condition will recur. Blood Test- Blood Sugar Fasting & PP. Serum Insulin Fasting and PP.
