you may be having motion sickness. take one tablet of stugeron (cinarizine 20 mg) 1 hour before journey

If your wife has vertigo she needs take tablet stugeron or vertin and if not healed or better need to see an ENT.

but need patience.
till then
stugeron75 one at night after dinner.
stugeron25 after lunch followed by rest.
it will take time. not a easy thing.

Use of either tablet cinnarizine 25 my twice or either tablet vertin 8 mg twice for 5 days can subside effects of vertigo if problem persist please consult nearby physician.

Spinning and shakes are usually related to veritgo and it might be a cervical also. Advise you to take cinnarizine 25 mg twice a day for 5 days. Pls mention if there is any other problem. I also find your history to be improper.

Hi, I'm going to Gangtok for vacation. Due to high altitude doctor preferred me Diamox tablet. He told me to take the tablet before 10-12 hours of journey. After taking this tablet can I take domstal 10 mg? What about vertizac? Without taking diamox can I take vertizac? Please help me via answer.

You can domstal 10 mg and without taking diamox can I take vertizac. Vertizac tablet is a combination of two medicines: cinnarizine and dimenhydrinate. Cinnarizine is a calcium channel antagonist that works by preventing constriction of the blood vessels of the inner ear. This improves the microcirculation of the ear. Dimenhydrinate is an antiallergic. It blocks the action of a chemical messenger (histamine) that is responsible for light-headedness in vertigo.

Two days ago I woke up with bad vertigo, everything seemed to be spinning, the dizziness got resolved in some time, it was hard to maintain balance, and then I got nauseous. I still feel a bit lightheaded. I feel I might have some problem with my ear liquid as I also had ear pain following the vertigo attack. The night before the vertigo attack I had used a bad quality headphone for hours which I maybe pressed too far in my ear. Also I had recently had surgery on my upper and lower jaw 2.5 months ago. I want to know what specialist I should see regarding this. Also, how serious this is and whether the vertigo attack can happen again. I have been sleeping straight since that day cause I read that sleeping on side can disturb the ear liquid again. Please let me know what specialist I should see and how concerning this is. Also, I will be having a revision surgery for my chin and lower jaw within a week or two, should I postpone it? Could this ear thing get worse with a surgeyears on chin?

This is a problem solved by an ent after lot of test frequency at which you heard, balance n lot more.
At present
you can take
stugeron75 mg at night, stugeron 25 after lunch followed by rest.
After surgery you can solve this problem.
Just my suggestion.

headset three times a day after food for three to five days. for migraine. stugeron25 after lunch followed by rest for dizzynes. tab stugeron75 one at night after dinner for five to seven days.
