Hi there, do you have tinnitus in the same ear as the retraction. What is the type of sound. Most of the time it is the effect produced by the sound which doesn't allow to concentrate. Ist thing is to avoid thinking about it. Like we are not aware of breathing all the time because we are not constantly thinking about it. Same thing has to be done with tinnitus. However we have to treat the cause side by side. So first we need to find the cause of tinnitus.

Hi if it's truly bppv you don't require medicines. There are repositioning manoeuvres which help and for that you will have to visit the hospital.

Dear , you have not given a good history of your illness, whether there is tinnitus or loss fulctuating type of deafness or fullness in the ear. Or that you have a flowing ear or associated painyou should undergo a detailed neuro -otological assessment and proper audio -vestibular assessment. Only then can a properdiagnosis be made. Yours sincerely.

Stugeron will not address the cause for vertigo. Vertigo can occur due to causes in ears, eyes, central nervous system and the musculoskeletal system. We need to find out the cause for her vertigo for a permanent cure. Otherwise it will not improve.
