4 month as with chest infection, if she is having abnormal sound while breathing, breathing fast, lethargic or persistent high grade fever more than 102 f. U need to again consult Dr. Give her lot of feeds. many time noisy chest takes time to settle down.

The baby is too young to receive a cough drop. Keep a watch on her breathing pattern. If it is fast or seems laboured, consult a doctor immediately.

A lot depends on local situation where you live. If you are in containment zone, best avoid vaccines for few days and review in few days. Follow the local govt guidelines. In green zones, its best to get all vaccines done. But again, local government guidelines must be always reffered to.

Ascoril ls contains levosalbutamol which is not recommended for use below six years of age. However it may be given with caution between 2 to 6 years age when extremely necessary. The dose range is 0.1 mg/kg, maximum 1 mg per dose thrice daily.

You can use it, but instead use brozeet-ls after doctors consultation. And if the weight is 5 kg of 1 year old child ,than its way too less tha normal. Weight of child should be around 11. 5 kg.get pediatrician consultation.

You can give tussin dmr for a dry cough. It seems the baby has an infection and the cough will be wet with sputum in a day or two when he will need expectorants.
