Kufril LS Syrup Health Feed

There is no problem in breast feeding -due to taking 5 ml of kufril syrup by mother -
------ be confident ;smiling and happy --avoid anxiety -

If that doesn't work please follow these herbal combinations for complete cure
kumar kalyan ras 1 tablet twice a day
sitopiladi avleh 5 gm twice a day.

Both are okay. But if one is not working them we have to change to other as it's resistant mostly.

Kufril ls has levosalbutamol which is a broncodilator (needed if there is wheezing).
As the doctor has adviced only wikoryl af try giving the same. Child may not be requiring a bronchodilator as per doctors examination finding. Also doses will differ.

It depends on nature of cough and weight of the baby. If weight of your baby is more than 8 kg and having wet cough and congested chest then it's safe for him.

Ascoril is not a solution and have side effects..
Don't give treatment like this..
Better consult and take proper treatment..

Your daughter seems to have an infection which is not cleared by cefpodoxime and therefore needs a detailed test and examination by a doctor in person.

1. Do Warm saline gurgling and steam inhalation with karvol plus inhalant capsule 2-3 times daily
.2. put otrivin nasal drop one drop thrice daily.
3.Take Viscodyne D syrup 2 tsf 2-3 times daily if you have dry cough or viscodyne syrup 2 tsf three times daily if you have cough with sputum
.4. If no relief, you have to take antibiotic.
5.Consult doctor for advice

Cold and cough are usually due to viral infection. It may take 4-6 days to recover. To maintain Hygiene is best precaution.

Syp. Kufril LS is not a medicine for simple cold and cough as it has some extra ingredients. It is used when child is having cough along with chest congestion that too after ruling out signs of pneumonia. So do not use it on your own.
You can use over the counter syrups like Sinarest AF or Tixylix.
My advice would be to consult a paediatrician for right diagnosis and proper medicine.
