Your lymphocytes are relatively high compared to neutrophils however your total leucocytes counts are normal. High lymphocytes could be an indication of chronic diseases however. You have to mention symptoms otherwise no meanings. Low lymhocyte. A slight raised wbc.
Don't worry hcell morphology change every 23-25 day. So they changed no need for further test. If fever is their take paracetamol 650.
