Hi.
It's normal to lose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative fac...more

Hi.
Use any Sulphate-free shampoo which wouldn't harm your hair much!
Better to opt for herbal/ Homoeopathic or else Ayurvedic shampoos.

Dove sulphate and parabens free shampoo is generally considered safe for use. While it does contain sulfate and fragrance, it is formulated to be gentle on the scalp and hair. Sulfates are commonly used in shampoos to create lather, but they can be harsh on the hair and scalp, causing dryness and irritation. The sulfates in dove shampoo are milder than those found in other shampoos, and the product also contains moisturizing ingredients to help prevent dryness.
