Please get a skin prick allergy testing done to find out what you are allergic to and take treatment accordingly. Allegra and cetirizine are not the solution for allergy as they do not address the root cause.

Bcz your problem is of long duration you should get a ct scan done of nose and pns to see any underlying pathology like polyps or polypoidal mucosa in nose. By the time you can use tab. Allegra-m daily at bed time and flomist nasal spray twice a day. Do steam inhalation twice a day.
