please continue to take paroxetine in the morning and cetirizine at night. Please inform your psychiatrist that you have cetirizine from. To.and the dose. Please also inform your doctor about paroxetine 25 mg. It will be easy for doctors to assess interaction of drugs and also the side effects of each drug affecting the disorders. You ahve to stop cetirizine and try to to find out he allergen and avoid it . Cetirizine can be habit forming

Sweating etc are body physiologic responses when you have asthma attacks.
During attacks using a symptom relieving short acting inhaler namely levolin or salbutamol is a standard recommendation. Please consult a pulmonologist with all these questions for physiologic assessment.
