Use some sunblock with SPF (at least 50) every time you go out in sun. Apply it 30 mins before going out
Wear full sleeves shirt.
Use umbrella when going in sun.

To remove tanning along with kojic acid you can take Vitamin C tablets. You can use that cream twice daily. In the morning use a sunscreen before going out in the sun.

Hello Treatment of acne induced pigmentation and spots are depend on type of spots. Deep scars can be removed by topical retinols and dark spots by combination of retinol, hydroquinone and steroids. Kojic acid is alos good but it is less effective than hydroquinone. Kolic acid should be conitiued for 2-3 months for good effect.
