Pimples or Acne are common in this age group. These are due to hormone changes, infection and unhealthy diet take food with a high vitamin a, vitamin e and c contents. Drink lots of water. Regulate your daily activities, lower stress, increase sleep and do some yoga and exercise daily. Clindamycin gel in morning and Nadoxin gel in night application will help. Medsoap for face wash.

yes it is safe but why not go for natural remedies for chapped lips. drink plenty of water.eat amla,lemon,orange ,guava for vit c.Or take Vit C tablet. you will very soon stop applying balm on lips.
