Go for (1) fluticasone nasal spray 2puff both nostril twice a day for a month and then once a day for next 2 month
(2) levocetrizine+ambroxol tablet combination for 2wks at bed time
(3) menthol steam inhalation (if can 1-2 times a day)
(4) tab paracetamol 500 mg (as and wen required for pain)
if symptom persist consult ent specialist for evaluation.

Give yourself some rest and wait and see if the symptoms eradicate. If not meet an ENT. Check for it and get treated if there s any throat issues. As you know in the condition of bulimia nervosa if you were into habits if compulsive vomiting there would have been too much stress to the throat area. You have mentioned you have been treated. By any chance, any time the habit resurfaces meet a psychiatrist and follow through. Take care.
