My son is only 15 month. He is not coughing. He has only common cold. Can I use kofarest plus new syrup. What will be the side effects. Please tell me the dose.

Kofarest Syrup is used for Cough, Breathing illnesses, Congestion, Common cold, Bronchitis, Acute and chronic bronchopulmonary diseases associated with abnormal mucus secretion and other conditions Unless he had cough there is no need for it . Need to discuss more details

Alternate is syears ambroxol + bromhexine + terbutaline 5 ml tds.
It will not make to dry

MACBERY DROPS 15 ml (levosalbutamol sulphate and Ambroxol hydrochloride oral Drops-dose 0.5 ml morning and night. ZUKA (Phenylephrine Hydrochloride and Chlorpheniramine Maleate drops 15 ml-dose 0.5 ml morning and night) this two drops for empty. So I can near the medical shop. And I can give doctor prescribed sheet. And I get MACBERY-KU pathilaa ASCORIL LS 15 ml drops-sum and ithula extra adding GUAIPHENESIN. ZUKA-ku pathilaa NO COLD 15 ML drops-sum kuduththaanga. Ithu random same that brand-thaa vera-nu sonnaanga. So naa month baby-ku kuduththa maathiriye ithaiyum 0.5 ml morning and night kudukkalaamaa? Please please help me doctor!

Give her honey in warm water, why you people does not wants to visit a doctor? A doctor has to learn Soo many things after that he can prescribe a medicine it's not all that easy, self medication can do Soo much harm to your baby, bring your baby to a child specialist as soon as possible.

Additionally, give nasivion s nasal drop--2 drops in each nose 6-8 times/day (especially before feeds). "don't give" zukamin/sinarest. U can use kofarest pd drops.
