dextromethorphan is not recommended for children, rather use Benadryl
avoid all cold and sour foods, if the child is breast fed, the mother as well is supposed to avoid all cold and sour foods

Dextromethorphan should be avoided in small children.
Only give syp flucold 2.5 ml three times a day.

Its fine. Let her have bland diet Drink a lot of water and take ample rest. Bland diet. If no response in five days she should get blood tests done and show physician.

It might be due to cold temperature. Make the baby warm. Avoid cold whether. Give warm fluids/water/soup to drink. Honey for cough. These home based remedies will dec the symptoms. Wait and watch the complaints should subside. The recurrence of the problem is due to cold temperature. At night also keep the baby warm.
If complaint persist meet Dr. to rule out infection.
