Hi, You just delivered a baby.
Hormonal of pregnancy takes almost 6 months to come normal. You are lactating. Both Conditions deprived you with nutrition. My advice is to take proper nutritive. Diet.protein pulv. Iron.calcium. Regular oiling with almond oil on Scalp. Use Good shampoo. And light water (not use hard water) like aurowater.

- It is not necessary to take calcium if your calcium level is in normal range, take only vit d supplement if it is low.

Have plenty of milk and diary product which contains lot of calcium and alsonyou should have sandoz calcium tablet onendaily as a suplimentarybdiet lac of calcium causes osteoarthritis osteoporosis of bones. Have balanced diet of fat protein and carbohydrates. Have plenty of water by mouth.

1. Apply mahabhringraj oil on your scalp and massage follow by giving hot water fomentation. You can put 1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils before going to bed. 2. Take pranacharya allergin capsule twice a day. Increase the intake of proteins such as soybean and egg white. It is advisable to avoid tea, coffee, spicy food, fermented food and junk food.
