Never indulge in scrubbing when your skin is infected with acne. Rather you need to be gentle with your skin. The medicines what you are using should suffice. If inspite of these medicines you are suffering from acne- you need to undergo some screening with sonography and some blood tests to understand your metabolism.

Looks like you have urticaria. First of all, do not scrub. You need to get your blood and urine tested. Avoid food from bakery. Get yourself dewormed. Avoid shrimps, mackerel, tuna. Stay away from lemon amd mango food items. Visit your local dermatologist.

“As” per your clinical history is concerned please do like this -

Put a few drops of honey on half a lemon. For extra exfoliation, you can also add a little sugar. Gently rub the lemon on your face, especially on the blackhead prone areas. Rinse it off after 10 minutes. Repeat once or twice a day.
