Corticosteroids is used for 30 years first line treatment for adult immune thrombocytopenia (itp) most common regimen is oral prednisone 1 mg /kg/dal slowly tapering to lowest possible dose based on platelet count )during a period of week .with itp the bodys immune system mistakenly destroy platelet count.

As it is, long term steroids aren't encouraged these days in rheumatoid arthritis. Better treatment options are available now. So I suggest to book a consultation with me & take proper treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Regarding vaccination, well it's safe for patients with rheumatoid arthritis, including covid-19 vaccination.

Looks like you have a recurrent uveitis for the last 7 years. A thourough systemic workup is a must for a confirmed diagnosis. If vision is so much affected and not responding to treatment then nowadays some patients are being given immuno-suppresive drugs. It is imperative that you consult a uvea specialist (an ophthalmologist who has specialized in the field of uvea).
