Hi, use a moisturizer like venusia derm twice a day for dry, sensitive skin. Ketoconazole is an antifungal and not effective for eczema.

There are various reasons for itchy scalp other than dandruff. Doctor has to look at the lesions to prescribe. Kindly consult a dermatologist online or offline.
You can try ketoconazole zinc pyrithione shampoo
don't oil your scalp
wash hair twice a week.
