Start a good oral fungicidal tab like terbinafine 500 mg once daily for 4weeks. Continue antihistamine tab till your itching get relieved. Take bath daily with a good antifungal soap. Apply amrolofine crm twice daily. Sprinkle antifungal powder over that after bath daily. Take balanced diet. Minimise your oily spicy food.
