Enzoflam contains diclofenac. While ketoral dt contains ketorolac. Both of these constituents belongs to same class of nsaids (anti-inflammatories) in short pain killers. So avoid ketoral while you are taking enzoflam. Also, have the tablet after food. These group of drugs may sonetimes lead to gastritis / dyspepsia / gastric upset.

Pain killer and antibiotics will be suggested only after examining. Erupting wisdom tooth sometimes causes pain usually does not need any antibiotic. You can do warm saline rinse 3 or 4 times a day and visit to your dentist.

You should go for proper investigation to rule out the cause and to decide the treatment accordingly.

For temporary relief from pain you can take ketorol dt 2 tabs dissolved in half cup of water. You need to consult an orthodontist for proper examination. He will suggest braces accordingly and may be extraction of one teeth.
