Hi.
It's normal to lose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative fac...more

Hi.
Use any Sulphate-free shampoo which wouldn't harm your hair much!
Better to opt for herbal/ Homoeopathic or else Ayurvedic shampoos.

Its always better to choose, herbal/mild shampoo. Take care in choosing that should nt be highly concentrated, & with chemicals, more conditioners, which will damage your hair gradually. If its that kind of shampoo, then you can contnue, & as already you r useing it, if no any adverse effets you found, then, you can continue. Remember always, before taking head bath, apply any herbal/almond/olive/til/or coconut oil, with gentle massage, which will give proper nourishment to your hair.

Dandruff may be the result of a dry scalp, or a skin condition called seborrheic dermatitis.
