Hello
if you have a severe toothache, the best thing is to get your teeth examined by a dentist before taking any medicines to ascertain the cause of pain.
You cannot be expected to live on over the counter drugs for another 20 days for your dental appointment. Visit any other dentist, who can attend to you in time, and get your teeth examined. In the meanwhile, you can take otc pain killer like paracetamol (if you are not allergic to the same)

Kindly get the required treatment done in both your teeth as suggested by your dentist. Most likely your dentist might have suggested root canal treatment for m2 and filling for m1. Till then you can take a pain killer like tab ketorol dt 2 tablets dissolved in water. Brush your teeth twice daily using correct brushing technique.

Pain can be due to some conditions like cavities, dry mouth. Gum disease, and fracture of tooth. You need to be investigated and diagnosed first for proper treatment plan. For temporary relief from pain you can take ketorol dt 2 tabs dissolved in half cup of water or ibuprofen 1 tablet after meal. Rinse mouth three times with chlorhexidine mouthwash after each meal.
