Alcohol and ketorolac should not be taken simultaneously as it can kick gi disturbances and erosional effect on gi mucosa. But considering your time frame of 3 hrs, the reactive potential of the the reaction due to the intermixing of ketorolac and alcohol will be minimal and hence less detrimental to your health. its good you have described your problem in details, firstly let me tell you taking a painkiller once in a while is not harmful, but yes if you are having headache that may not be side effects of ketorol, show to some medicine doctor.
