That's a great weight loss. When you quit Keto you might gain back 4-5 kgs as there will be water weight coming back. This will stabilise after the initial couple of kgs, so please don't worry when you stop the diet. Use multivitamins only if you feel the need, if you ate weaker losing hair weaker nails dull skin etc. You can use any otc multivitamins bought from a pharmacy. hello,
you should go for brisk walk 45 minutes in the morning.do regular exercise atleast 20 minutes.take 1 glass warm water with half lemon in the morning. drink warm water through out the day.take salad before meals. avoid junk food. avoid single large meal and start small frequent meals 4-5 times in a day.you need to take a balance diet plan.
