Firstly STOP using Lobate cream. It contains steroid and will not give any benefit. It may also cause side effects.
Using antifungal soap will not make much difference.

You may may having either seborrhoeic dermatitis or psoriasis. Use a tar based shampoo regularly till you are able to see a good local dermatologist for correct diagnosis
