Then will be able to suggest right solution.

Hi you’re fine except hypokalemia , ehich is low potassium levels which is due to your diarrhoea.. just take some coconut water 2-4 times a days as it has high potassium content also bananas and you’re done after 3 days .. nothing else needed !
