This is usually suggested for bacterial infections & for washing of ulcer. You should not use for vulva & not use in itching condition in any part of body. Itching on vulva may be due to many diseases like lsc, lichen sclerosus, lp, candidial infection, tinea & many others diseases. So consult with your dermatologist for proper diagnosis & treatment. You can also take online consultation.

Good evening sir,
whole legumes, pulses and fruits are good source of potassium. But it not like that we need to restrict potassium intake for all kidney patients. Low potassium diets are recommended for kidney patients whose serum potassium levels are higher than normal. I would suggest you consult a clinical dietitian to plan a diet chart for the concerned patient.

You can have fruits with low glycemic load in small quantities. You can have coconut water. A way to keep sugars in control is also to take more vegetables especially before taking carbohydrates.
