Some fruits and vegetables that I would recommend are: banana, beetroot, jamuns, cherries, watermelon.

Potassium deficiencies can be a rarity,only if you are malnourished or using some drugs exclusively.Bananas,kiwis,potatoes,dried nuts,coconut water are some higher potassium content sources.
