I have dandruff and I used kenz lotion for 2 months as prescribed by doctor and I stopped using that. And my dandruff is back. And then I switched to scalpe shampoo for 2 months. Still my scalp is itchy and there are traces of dandruff. How can I cure my dandruff. Kindly tell me the possible ways with less recurrence.

I got pad rash (red puss bumps on my buttocks) almost 15 days ago after which the pain decreased but it left white pimple like spots on my buttocks and for the pad rash I took candid cream and augmentin 625, currently I have tinea cruris for which I am taking kenz cream and itaspor 100 mg, can you please tell me what should I apply for white spots. Can I continue the tinea cruris cream on the same spot.

May be due to tinea start treatment under consultation bcz it's tricky to tackle fungal infection.
Candid dusting powder may helpful.

After every 1 years or so this tinea versicolor reoccurs after a medication period of 2 to 3 weeks approx. Also currently I have been using ketoconazole kenz lotion and ketoconazole kevon lotion so .can you tell me .how to use them .i.e. Which one we should apply first or both one after the other or there should be gap betn their application and when to take a shower to remove the lotion off how many hrs it should be kept and other details also can it be permanently cured or it will reoccur at intervals?

Excessive sweating, gymming, etc can lead to recurrence of p. Versicolor again and again. So you need to keep the area dry. Also kenz and kevon lotion are the same thing so no point in using both. You can apply any of these lotions 10 mins before bath over the lesions and wash it off with water.

Mujhe pichhle 5 months se dandruff tha. Dr. ne 2%ketoconazole lotion, kenz shampoo or levocitrizine 5 mg tab likha. Maine ise 4 month use kiya phir lockdown ke karan chod diya. Dandruff complete chut gya. Bt 2 month se phir se h.can I use these medicines again.

Apply noskruff lotion at bedtime on scalp twice a week day before wash and next day apply kenz sal lotion on scalp for 15 min in the morning and wash.

It might be because you have oily scalp that it becomes sticky.
Make sure you do not use too much shampoo on your hair because it tends to make your hair dry.
And for scalp, massage with kenz-sal lotion also use on your hair like a shampoo. (shampoo to be replaced by this lotion)
later, use a conditioner after hair wash (do not put contioner on your scalp) for softer and moisturised hair.

Noskruf lotion-apply at bedtime on wed and satur over scalp
kenz sal lotion -apply over scalp for 15-20 mion before bath on thus and sunday
use filter water for hair wash
do not use coconut oil.

First you have to wash your hair by filter water. And avoid coconut oil. Tab.follihair- 1 tab daily at bedtime after dinner.
Tab .zinken- 1 tab daily at bedtime after dinner
kenz sal lotion- apply before bath 15-20 min over scalp twice a week.
