Lybrate-user, the condition appears to aphtous ulceration. There is no specific treatment, whatever presently advised is good enough. Vitamins particularly folic acid and b12 are more often used. These are recurring type of lesions.

Permanent solution to your problem is getting the third molar extracted from the concerned side. As you have mentioned you got some relief after grinding the tooth. Here is another permanent solution if you do not want tooth removal, mostly the 3rd molar is out of occlusion so it will not trouble you. Visit a dentist ask him/her to trim the molar tooth to maximum and an ultra thin cap fabrication for the same. Problem will be resolved.
Thank you.

Hi, If it hurts, seeps, oozes pus and/or bleeds, it's not a keloid; it's probably either an infection or a sebaceous cyst (which can become infected).
More information: Infection growths near a piercing occur much more often than keloids and they can happen to a new piercing or even one that is well-established.

Hello, well yes it is curable though if it has spread to your mucous membrane orally there are chances of its revival. But there is nothing to worry about as there is treatment for everything and cure. So yes for your medciations you apply at night before sleep. And since these medications will be absorbed you can rinse but try to minimise the rinse. Thank you.
