Permanent solution to your problem is getting the third molar extracted from the concerned side. As you have mentioned you got some relief after grinding the tooth. Here is another permanent solution if you do not want tooth removal, mostly the 3rd molar is out of occlusion so it will not trouble you. Visit a dentist ask him/her to trim the molar tooth to maximum and an ultra thin cap fabrication for the same. Problem will be resolved.
Thank you.
Thank you.

Hi, If it hurts, seeps, oozes pus and/or bleeds, it's not a keloid; it's probably either an infection or a sebaceous cyst (which can become infected).
More information: Infection growths near a piercing occur much more often than keloids and they can happen to a new piercing or even one that is well-established.

Hello. Lybrate user. I advice you to take an antibiotic, twice a day for three days. The name I will say after knowing your medical history. Use tongue scraper mildly. Take vitamins c and d supplements. Drink more water. Apply hexigel on tongue thrice a day for three days, and keep it for three minutes and wash it. Take an orthopantamogram. Check any sharp cusps. Verify is it an ulcer or abscess or any other infections. After three days, if the white patch didn't reduce means, take a biospy and ...more
