Ulcerative colitis is one of the important cause of colitis. Common presentation are bloody diarrhoea. Diagnosis is confirmed by biopsy. This can't be cured completely. But can be treated. In severe cases operative procedure required. So for confirmation history is important and biopsy should be done for diagnosis. Thank you.
