Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out.
Take following remedies for loosing weight 1. Arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. There is no medication or food for improving eyesight or to get rid of glasses.
If not interested in glasses then you can try
a. Contact lens
b. Lasik laser
as your age is now 18 years so your number will not increase now whether you wear glasses or not as number becomes stable at age of 18-20 yrs.
Having said that I advise you to eat balanced diet including green vegetables and seasonal fruits for keeping eyes and body healthy.

Hello you can use noskurf lotion on scalp at night time for 2 weeks.
8x shampoo 2-3 times per week, apply on scalp, keep for 5 min n washed it off, if dandruff goes, stop it n shift to medicated shampoo like triclenz or hair 4 you for regular use.
Do not oil your hair during day time, apply at nite or 10-15 min before hair wash. Cut down use of hair gels n spray. Thanx.
