It's not chlorides but fluorides which cause the problem get scaling polishing done by a dentist it will not help if discolouration is there for that get bleaching done.

Dear Labrate user, you are suffering from productive cough and taking cough syrup given by the chemist. Firstly if this cough is of short duration 3-4 day and not associated with fever and other symptom then it's ok. Otherwise you need thorough checkup.

I would suggest only one thing- don't read too much into the reports! The chloride levels are very dynamic and highly unstable. They are also affected hugely by lab reagents in monitoring and as such carry no significance in our day-to-day patient evaluation. Please relax!

Tablet obimet contains metformin. Whereas vildagliptin is a different compound. These drugs are usaully combined together. But whether to to one or both depends on the glucose levels, hba1c%, I can not answer without all the necessary details. Thanks.
