Hello. Headache is a frequently observed side effect. This medication increases heart rate and may cause vasodilation. Over dose is really bad for heart and all other organs.

You can take sildenafil with these tablets.
But if you have difficulty of erection during sexual activity, find the cause and treat it, rather than using sildenafil.
Sometime the cause may be sertraline 100 mg. Please discuss with your psychiatrist your problem and find the cause and take treatment accordingly.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query.
Diabetes in the long run does affect various organs of the body. One of the major problems is affection to microvasculature leading to retinal disease, kidney problems and erectile dysfunction. So primary need is to achieve a strict blood glucose control with fasting < 100 mg, Pp 150 to 160 mg and HbA1c5 <6.8. This helps maintaining good general health. Sildenafil (Vigra) may be used if needed. Too frequent usage should be avoided. Thanks.

While viagra isn't physically addictive, it is possible for people who use the medicine improperly, at an overly high dose or without a prescription to becomepsychologically dependent on viagra or other erectile dysfunction drugs.

Headache and body ache is a known side effect of sildenafil (the content of vigora). I do not recommend you to continue taking it. It is to be taken for problems like erectile dysfunction. So, do not take it without supervision.
Instead, learn healthier and natural ways of improving your sex life. Learn about kegel exercise, improve your foreplay techniques to prolong the duration of intercourse.

Mr. lybrate-user, thanks for the query.
Your blood glucsoe level seems to be fairly good. What is the hba1c%? Since when do you have diabetes? If it is not well controlled then one of the earliest complication noticed erectile dysfunction. Another aspect is that your ideal weight should be about 60 kgs, so there is an excess of 10 plus kgs. This needs to be reduced, which will help in achieving better control. Taking sildenafil 50 mg or even 100 mg about 1 hour before contact is good. Thanks...more
