Hi,
they are different type of acne.
Depending on the grade treatment will be prescribed by the doctor. For some severe conditions oral antibiotics may also be prescribed. Few tips I would suggest.
Use an oil control face wash twice a day.
Do not pick or scratch the pimples. Apply an antibiotic cream on pimples at night.
Drink lots of water and keep your self hydrated.
Avoid oily and spicy food.

Body gains weight due to different reasons like improper digestion, acidity, constipation, side-effects of some medicine, low physical activity.
You can follow some tips in daily routine.
1. After every meal, drink 1 cup boiling water with spoon sip by sip. After half an hour you have taken meal do this daily.

Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i. E. Cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily.

You are not too overweight. 70 kgs is not too much. So do not worry too much. The best solution is to workout. 45 minutes of brisk walking or yoga or gym everyday will take care of the weight issues.
Avoid junk food, deep fried food, red meat and fatty food like cheese, butter, mayonnaise etc.

have salad before every meal
