You can opt for progesterone pills from day 21 of your cycle daily till as long as you wish to delay your menses and then once you stop , withdrawal bleed shall be initiated in next 3-5 days.

you can opt for antifibrinolytics to control your bleeding but its not advisable to use hormones to stop your bleed as it would derange your cycle completely.
