Approximately 4-6 gms of sodium is sufficient for your daily needs.This equals about 2 tsps of common salt. 2-3 tsps of sugar can suffice daily, however this should include any sweets, dessert, and your tea, coffee etc. Try to avoid free sugar intake.... instead have dried fruits & fresh fruits.
