I'm taking Nurokind Plus RF recommend by family doctor (daily 1 table after dinner) having health problems like muscle arrest in legs, pinching headache in middle right part of head (in early morning ), abnormal blinking of right eyebrow (for 2 min in every 3-4 hrs) bit back pain in right position below shoulder. Sometimes imbalance feeling while walking. Most time feel depressed, can't concentrate in classes. Doctor said it's due to deficiency of vitamin B12 Best way to overcome this?

I am 30 years old male. I recently underwent health check-up. It was found that, "25-OH Vitamin D" value is very low i.e. 6.2 ng/ml. Method used for testing is C.L.I.A. As per report, Ranges are specified as below- Deficiency:< 20 ng/ml, In sufficiency: 20-30 ng/ml sufficiency: 30-100 ng/ml Vitamin B12 level is 268 pg/ml which seems to be in normal range (211-911pg/ml) as per report. Looking at these ranges, I seem have Vitamin D deficiency. I also feel less energetic all the time. Can it be because of this deficiency? Do I need to take Vitamin D supplements? Please suggest the dosage!

You can take Calcirol sachet for vitamin D:
Dasages:
1st month-once in every week(4 sachets)
2nd month-once in evry 10 days(3 sachets)
3rd month-once in every 15 days(2 sachets)
4th month-once in a month(1 sachet)

A level less than 12 ng/ml indicates vit D deficiency.
But you can take Calcirol sachet weekly with 1 glass of milk for 3 months.

Take one sachet every week ,10 Weeks.
