Mam, vitazyme is digestive enzyme n bonnison for colic n gas so if years baby is having gaseous distension digestion issue n poor appetite even than I will not suggest these medication for regular continuous use .use for few days if you feel years baby stomach is not good. Vitazyme itself can cause abdominal cramp. So need to stop if you r using on regular basis. Give on as and when required base.

Pediasure can be used as a meal like milk
you may add 6 scoops in a glass of water and give once a day. Junior Horlicks is not used alone to be added in milk etc.

As such if a child is having normal indian food then there is no need of a supplement at all but if child is not eating properly then first approach should be towards proper eating habits and not just to give supplements bcz no supplement can give you proper nutrition still if you want to give then they all have different nutritive value and you can give them alternatively.

5ml twice daily
you can go for home remedies like tulsi ginger honey (add honey if child is more than 1 year of age) combination which can be diluted with water and given frequently to the child.
also u can give turmeric with warm milk one or two times everyday.
give warm water to drink as well as nasal saline drops frequently.
try to prevent temperature variations around the child that is from hot to cold and cold to hot environment.
keep the child well covered.

Firstly go for upper gi endoscopy to rule out the cause it may be gerd, h.pylori etc etc don’t take self prescribed medications. Take appointment for further discussion.

Avoid all junk food. Eat less oily & less spicy food items. Drink water around 15-20 mins before having food. Take divol-la 10 ml thrice daily after food alongside lansoprazole, which you'll need to continue for 6-8 weeks.

These are of no benefit other than changing the taste. Give whatever you eat in a form which he can eat easily. Vegetables, pulses, rice, egg etc. Soups good. Juices do not benefit much. Reduce milk.
