Ulcer in endoscopy will require long treatment of H pylori (multiple drugs) which I think your doctor must have given you. If the pain is persistent then a long course of pantoprazole (pantocid) might be needed. Also a repeat endoscopy to rule out any new ulcer is to be done.
Also if you keep fasting in Roza during Ramzaan then this problem might be increased so take pantocid regularly.

Dear lybrate-user, I assume your mother is suffering from chronic gastritis or functional dyspepsia. H pylori is difficult to eradicate at old age. Our focus should be on improving health. As such if a child is having normal indian food then there is no need of a supplement at all but if child is not eating properly then first approach should be towards proper eating habits and not just to give supplements bcz no supplement can give you proper nutrition still if you want to give then they all have different nutritive value and you can give them alternatively.

also u can give turmeric with warm milk one or two times everyday.
