Hi, it seems you are suffering from 1. Gastritis or hepatitis
2. Take an antacid 3-4 tsf 8 hrly
3. Get a blood investigation - liver function test done
4. Avoid fatty, oily meals
5. No fast food, no momos and samosas
6. No tea and coffee
7. Lots of water
8. Walk after meals
9. Eat less at nights
10. No soft drinks, hard drinks and no smoking
continue with your previous medication and consult after 1 month.

If you have already tried medicines then it's better that you consult a surgeon. Chronic constipation is the manifestation of a lot of serious problems like intestinal obstruction, genetic disorders etc. Get the proper investigations done, diagnosed and then get the treatment for the underlying disease.

First of all your weight is little high, I do not know your height but then only try to lose weight.
Secondly for constipation improve your diet, means it should not very heavy.(avoid oily, chilly,masala, curd,cold food stuff, ice crea. Cold drink, outside food)
Take always lukewarm water for drink and at least 3lit of water should be there for day.
Take fibrous food.
Add butter milk in lunch.

avoid it spicy and oily food and eat food in small. quantities at interval for 2-2hours.....avoid lying down after eating food

Hi Lybrate user, kindly follow some basic life style changes: Aviod taking tea, coffee and spicy food. Take your meals timely and at definitive intervals.
