Hi sir, I have mood disorder issues so I was taking dicorate er 500 mg and amisulpride 50 mg from a very long time. I got this problem at age of 17 years now im 29 even doctor told you can stop medications and continue but due to lowering dose of sulpitac to 25 mg now. I'm having frequent night urination and less sleep around 4-5 hours from past 3 days. What to do now as even with sulpitac I have bit urination and other side effects. But now I want to stop it completely By reducing it to 25 mg and zero. But how to manage these side effects.

I suggest you meet with a counselor and deal with some stress-related issues. I feel these are the causes of excess urination. If you are frightened chronically, you will tend to have excess discharge. Anyway, you should always work in tandem with a therapist along with medication to develop skills and techniques to favour a good life. That I suspect is missing in yoru recovery program and could have prevent the stress-induced urination.

I am 49 years old. Taking lamitor od 200 xet 20 in morning. Qtipin25 lurace 40 amisulpride 300 mirtazapine 15 and clonazepam 2 mg at night. my psychiatrist told me to stop mirtazapine 15 and lurace 40, but when done I had withdrawal symptoms. I would like to know whether including qtipin 50 in the morning along with lamitor od 200 and xet 20 and stopping mirtazapine 15 and lurace 40 at night would do me good. Also I would like to know whether adding qtipin 50 in the morning is equivalent to stopping lurace 40 and mirtazapine 15 at night. Thank you.

I would also like to give you information on quetiapine which is an antipsychotic and it also has antidepressant properties. Hi Sir, I feel extremely weakness in my body muscles the cause for weakness what I think is that I used to masturbate from very childhood from over 12 years. I was feeling alright after 16 years I also started drugs like marijuana, smack, smoking,drinking then slowly I started over thinking started problems with me. At age of 22 I tried to kill myself two three times then my parents admitted me psychiatric ward in hospital there I was getting treatment with amisulpride 200 mg after 3-4 years I stopped having medicines and again started masturbating and having drugs. After an year I am in same situation as before feeling confused every time please advice and help me. I am feeling that I will never get better and only option left for me is suicide.

I am suffering from schizophrenia since last 7 years, I have went for many doctors since last 5 years only psychiatrists they delivered me different sets of medicines but the medicine. I have been relieved is risperidone+trihexyphenidyl hcl tablets both came under the name risdone plus (2 mg) and amisulpride 100 mg. But due to my bad habits of discontinuation of taking medicines on later the auditory hallucination keep on arising at later time, (1) can you tell me how much time will it take to completely relieved from this schizophrenia? And the sedation effect let me have a heaviness and concussions in the morning which is why my brain functioning gets slowed down to almost zero. (2) is there any other medicines to cure schizophrenia without sedation effects as I have to work also from time to time and been taking medicines for only once a day.

I am 37 years old male. I was diagnosed with schizophrenia when I was 26. It has been about 11 years now. I am taking Amisulpride 400 mg/day since 2015 when my last psychotic episode occurred. I believe It occurred because I used to take too much alcohol and my medicine simultaneously. Since then I have left taking alcohol permanently (Due to Initiation from a spiritual master. I feel normal which I never felt when I used to take alcohol. Now I want to attempt wearing off the medicine to nil. I feel at-least I should try it once. I have discussed it with my psychiatrist, but he is not willing even to attempt it. I am ready to start medicine again if symptoms start appearing again. Please suggest me future course of action. Should I consult some another doc and start withdrawing medicines under his supervision. I want to try it at-least once. Thanks.

Only in multiple episode, medication should be continued.
Yes, you can try to stop medicine gradually.
Shift to Amisulpride 200 mg for 1 month then to 100 mg for 1 month then 50 mg for 1 month then stop.
Consult any Psychiatrist if you face any symptoms.

For the treatment of schizophrenia, I will not go for homoeopathic medicines but through ayurveda. Do I need prescription for ayurveda herbs? We can instead read the label for dosage instructions. Yes, it is confirmed by a psychiatrist (3 times) that I am diagnosed with schizophrenia and the psychiatrist (member of indian psychiatric society) prescribed me sizopin 25 mg (1/2 or 1 at 7 pm) and amisulpride 100 mg (1 0 2) on 1st november 2021 but I don’t want to start these psychiatric/allopathic medicines for the treatment of schizophrenia and prefer to opt for ayurveda herbs. And there are some psychiatrists who are trained in ayurveda, so I can seek help from such person.

I have a very bad mood with anxiety and fatigue since 10 years. My doctor prescribed separately zoloft 100 mg, venlafaxine 300 mg, paroxetine 20 mg, fluoxetine 40 mg, escitalopram 20 mg, brintelix 20 mg, valdoxan. Always with some axillary such as depakine 500 mg, amisulpride 50 mg, sifrol 0.18 mg, tofranil 25 mg, anafranil 10 mg. I also tried modafinil 200 mg. There was not any improvement. Blood test is perfect. Vitamin d is ok. Could you give me some advices or a some drugs to try? Thanks a lot.
