I suggest you meet with a counselor and deal with some stress-related issues. I feel these are the causes of excess urination. If you are frightened chronically, you will tend to have excess discharge. Anyway, you should always work in tandem with a therapist along with medication to develop skills and techniques to favour a good life. That I suspect is missing in yoru recovery program and could have prevent the stress-induced urination.

I would like to know more about your diagnosis and how long you are on these medications. I would also like to give you information on quetiapine which is an antipsychotic and it also has antidepressant properties. You have to take medications that are agreeable to you with minimal side effects. More than 1 year of schizophrenic illness is called chronic schizophrenia and most likely requires life long medications. Kindly get this into your mind. It is like diabetes or hypertension, a derangement in bodily metabolism, so medications needs to be taken without break for reaching near normalcy in functioning. Yes, you can try to stop medicine gradually.
Shift to Amisulpride 200 mg for 1 month then to 100 mg for 1 month then 50 mg for 1 month then stop.

Taking long list of traditional medicines for anxiety and fatigue at this age is not recommended. You have already tried much of it.
