Hello, thanks for the query.
I have seen the details. Please tell me why are you taking Vildagliptin as well as Linagliptin both? These are similar acting drugs. Only one is enough like Vildagliptin, which can be taken 50 mg twice a day. Or Linagliptin 5 mg twice a day. All gliptins as well as metformin can be taken just after food.
Please stick to one gliptin only. Thanks.

Mr. lybrate-user, thanks for the query.
There is no generic substitute for that combination. Most of the other brands (branded generics) all are priced around the same. Thanks.

Hello, Thanks for the query.
I have gone through the details given. It is clear that with present treatment blood glucose is not in control as it should be. Ideally fasting glucose should be < 100 mg, PP 160 to 180 mg & HbA1c% < 7 (not mentioned). There is need to either add some additional drug or change the treatment. Also look at your diet and extent of daily physical activity, that will also help in better control of blood glucose.

Yes, normoz is a multivitamin tablets, advised throughout india ,particularly patients like you. It may help you in your timely egg release, ultimatley leading to a successful pregnancy. But its not an absolute necessity .When basic vitamins donot help much ,then only Normoz should be added alongwith your routine medications.
