Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query.
Tablet Losanorm 25 is Losartan taken for controlling high blood pressure. Ecosprin is for avoiding platelet aggregation. For controlling blood glucose it appears only Glyciphage is being taken, if Jalra has been discontinued.

Ideally when blood glucose is well controlled fasting should be < 100 mg, PP 150 to 160 mg & HbA1c% < 6.8. So please ...more

Since the blood sugar levels are still not well controlled, you have to go back for regular health check up and repeat the meds to monitor the situation. Have patience, as it may take some more time for the body to respond positively. Ensure that your mother understands the importance of following a very disciplined and healthy lifestyle. Her weight also needs to be taken care of. You can talk to a dietitian for a diet chart suitable for her needs. With a systematic approach towards balanced die...more

Mr Anant, Thanks for the query.
There is absolutely no need to stop oral anti-diabetes medications or any other medication before or after taking Covid vaccine doses. I hope it is clear. If you still have any doubts please do come back. Thanks.

Your blood sugar should be controlled with medicine, exercise and diet. Itching in thighs are probably due to fungal infection but other causes may be there so you should consult with consultant dermatologist. Keep area clean and dry and apply appropriate medicine prescribe by your dermatologist.

Mr. Bohra, Thanks for the query.
Both fasting and PP glucose levels are too high, suggesting current treatment is not adequate. There is a need for up grading it. Plus you will have to give a closer look at your diet and extent of daily exercise. In blood glucose control along with drugs diet and exercise play a very vital role. Please mention what is the HbA1c%? Ideally when diabetes is well controlled fasting should be < 100 mg, PP 150 to 170 mg and HbA1c% < 6.8. If you have any specific q...more

Regular massaging the scalp for a few minutes every day with lukewarm oil will lead to stimulation of blood flow to the scalp. Coconut oil helps in controlling hail fall. Other recommended oils are: jojoba oil, almond oil, mustard oil, lavender oil. Jojoba oil is especially good because it replaces the sebum in the scalp. It also helps to control dandruff.
